Hunter & Haley Main

Owners of Main Roofing Co.

Hunter and Haley Main launched Main Roofing Company after Hunter gained traction in his five year experience in the roofing and general construction industry at Shields and Associates Construction & Maintenance Company. After they each received their Bachelor’s degree from Harding University, they continued to invest in career and education opportunities as Hunter worked as an accountant and project manager while Haley pursued her doctorate in physical therapy. Upon graduating from PT school, both Haley and Hunter decided to call Searcy home. They started their family and advanced their professional experience by starting their own company while Haley continues to serve at Searcy Physical Therapy. When you meet Haley and Hunter you will immediately know that they are first and foremost family-oriented and highly motivated to achieve their personal and professional goals. As owners and leaders, they strive to provide opportunities for both employees and clients to thrive in the Searcy community that they’ve chosen to invest in. At Main Roofing Company, the goal is always to put family first and provide the best quality service and products to customers who have entrusted the team with one of their most valuable assets: their home.

Dave Glueck

Project Management Commercial Roofing

Dave Glueck joined the Main Roofing Company team in June 2021. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Dave earned his master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as a collegiate sports performance coach until he relocated to Arizona, where his general construction experience began within the live events/trade show industry. Shortly after starting, Dave moved up to project manager and oversaw the budget, production, and overall quality for each booth he worked on. He continued to gain experience in the construction and roofing industry when he moved to Arkansas to flip houses for a Real Estate/Property Management company out of Little Rock. When Dave started at Main Roofing company, he brought adaptability, experience with construction, and his commitment to excellence with him to use as an asset in each and every roofing project.

Amber Pistokache

Accounting Coordinator

Amber Pistokache joined Main Roofing Company in January 2025 as our Accounting Coordinator. With a strong background of bookkeeping experience, Amber plays a vital role in keeping our office financially organized, efficient, and productive. Amber and her family relocated to Searcy from the Ft. Worth area in 2012. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly. Amber is known for her professionalism in handling client affairs, her creative approach to problem-solving, and her fun-loving attitude, which helps create a positive and enjoyable work environment. We are proud to have her on our team, where her experience and enthusiasm contribute to our ongoing success.

Tanner Main

Director of Special Projects

Tanner Main heads up our special projects department as a previous engineer from research and development at Galley Support Innovations (GSI). During his time at GSI, he helped improve designs and processes to their highest efficiency. Tanner graduated from ASU Beebe after completing two years at Harding University with his associates in Computer Aided Drafting and Design. Tanner brings with him a sharp attention to detail, skills to improve processes, and a desire to help others. We are so fortunate to have him join our team, and we are excited to incorporate his talent in order to expand our ability to serve Searcy and it’s surrounding areas with greater excellence!

Austin McFarlin

Residential Roofing Sales

Austin McFarlin a proud resident of Searcy, Arkansas, brings strong local connections and a genuine passion for helping people. Austin’s dedication to customer service and his deep ties to the community make him an invaluable resource for homeowners looking for personalized roofing solutions. With a friendly, approachable demeanor, Austin is committed to making the roofing process smooth and stress-free for every client. Outside of work, Austin enjoys hunting, spending time with friends, and hitting the golf course.

Robin Neal

Office Management & Customer Liaison Social Media

Robin Neal comes to us from Santa Maria, California after moving to Searcy in 2016 with her husband and three children. She went to school at Hancock College for Early Childhood Education and put it to use as a preschool teacher while she worked at home raising her children. She is an accomplished content creator and business owner, which showcases her skills of organization, creativity, and drive. Robin brings many strengths to our team at Main Roofing Company, and we are confident that customers will enjoy interacting with Robin as they seek solutions for any and all of their roofing needs.
