Hunter & Haley Main
Owners of Main Roofing Co.
Hunter and Haley Main launched Main Roofing Company after Hunter gained traction in his five year experience in the roofing and general construction industry at Shields and Associates Construction & Maintenance Company. After they each received their Bachelor’s degree from Harding University, they continued to invest in career and education opportunities as Hunter worked as an accountant and project manager while Haley pursued her doctorate in physical therapy. Upon graduating from PT school, both Haley and Hunter decided to call Searcy home. They started their family and advanced their professional experience by starting their own company while Haley continues to serve at Searcy Physical Therapy. When you meet Haley and Hunter you will immediately know that they are first and foremost family-oriented and highly motivated to achieve their personal and professional goals. As owners and leaders, they strive to provide opportunities for both employees and clients to thrive in the Searcy community that they’ve chosen to invest in. At Main Roofing Company, the goal is always to put family first and provide the best quality service and products to customers who have entrusted the team with one of their most valuable assets: their home.
Dave Glueck
Project Management & Business Development
Dave Glueck comes to us from Kingman, Arizona. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Dave earned his master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as a collegiate sports performance coach until he relocated to Arizona, where his general construction experience began within the live events/trade show industry. Shortly after starting, Dave moved up to project manager and oversaw the budget, production, and overall quality for each booth he worked on. He continued to gain experience in the construction and roofing industry when he moved to Arkansas to flip houses for a Real Estate/Property Management company out of Little Rock. When Dave started at Main Roofing company in July 2021, he brought adaptability, experience with construction, and his commitment to excellence with him to use as an asset in each and every roofing project.
Alex Parsons
Office Management
Marketing & Communications
Alex Parsons joined Main Roofing Company in June 2021 after moving to Searcy with her husband from Dallas, TX. As a former educator, she gained experience in management as she created structured learning environments, designed curriculum, and worked with kids from PreK to seniors in high school after earning her Master's degree at Texas A&M. Being an educator taught Alex the value of effective communication and sharpened her skills in media content which helped fuel her biggest passion of all: connecting with people. At Main Roofing Company, Alex serves to keep the office organized, efficient, and productive while consistently and accurately expressing Main Roofing Company's unique brand and message to our community through all forms of media.
Tanner Main
Project Management
Tanner joins our residential roofing department as a previous engineer from research and development at Galley Support Innovations (GSI). During his time at GSI, he helped improve designs and processes to their highest efficiency. Tanner graduated from ASU Beebe after completing two years at Harding University with his associates in Computer Aided Drafting and Design.
Tanner brings with him a sharp attention to detail, skills to improve processes, and a desire to help others. We are so fortunate to have him join our team, and we are excited to incorporate his talent in order to expand our ability to serve Searcy and it’s surrounding areas with greater excellence!
